ABINGTONALIVE.COM is a community website serving Abington Township and surrounding areas in Montgomery County, PA. Abington Township is one of the area's oldest communities, incorporated in 1704 but dating back before 1700. It has many of the county's oldest transportation facilities, industries and churches. The population was 55,310 as of the 2010 census - the second highest township population in Montgomery County. Abington Township was named by Money Magazine as one the 100 best communities to live in America.
